Flu season is here which means it is time to work on keeping our bodies healthy and strong. There are many was to approach this task. The best way I find is to keep your immune system supercharged.
- The immune system is made up of specialized cells, tissues and organs in the body that work together to help keep the body healthy. Your immune system helps protect your body.
- The immune system doesn’t have one centralized location in the body like the heart or the brain. Instead, the immune system is a complex system of organs, tissues, and cells located throughout the body. This includes the thymus, bone marrow, spleen, tonsils, lymph nodes, and adenoids.
Help support your immune system by practicing good hygiene, managing stress, eating a nutritious diet, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep.

The first way I keep my body healthy is by eliminating chemicals. Our bodies have no idea what to do with artificial ingredients. Next, I put only natural substances in myself. This involves food and supplements. It also involves anything I breath or put on my skin. It takes 27 seconds for our bodies to absorb chemicals into our bloodstream.
